Have you ever spilled ketchup on the carpets, and possibly blame it on the kids (?). Or possibly dumped over a pot of soil from your house plants? Your first thought (well after "Oh Crap!") is to grab a rag and bucket of warm sudsy water and start scrubbing at the spot hopping to "save" it before it has a chance to set in and become a permanent eye sore on your carpet. This is a common mistake because most people haven't been shown a more productive way to clean up after a spill.
While you may not want to call Carpet Doctor every little (or big) spill that may happen, we would like to share our knowledge with you to help keep your carpets a little cleaner in between those yearly cleaning. Be sure to watch the video below showing how easy it is to clean up those (ketchup) mishaps.
Hot water and a clean white rag will be the only things you need.
